Some of the footage contained on these videos are not filmed by this company.  Certain footage is "SHARED FOOTAGE" which means footage is donated/shared for the production of the videos.  All of this is done to bring you a variety of footage that this company cannot personally obtain.  Audio, video, quality, shot location, shot selection, filming styles and personnel will vary from video to video.  You may encounter audio and video abnormalities that are contained in the original copy and not that of production.  We hope you understand that our goal is to provide you with the best footage that is available to us.
  DVD-R now available.  Before you order make sure your DVD player plays DVD-R discs.  There are no returns on DVD-R discs. For band footage on  DVD-R add $4.00 to the cost of the video you want plus the normal shipping costs.  The discs will not have any chapters, it will be recorded as-is onto a DVD-R .  
Some DVD's contain pixalation(small squares on video).  Pixalation occurs when sometimes video is digitized and transferred to DVD.  Some video can't always transfer smoothly.   This is not a defect of the DVD.  PLEASE BE ADVISED.  DVD-R'S can't be returned because of pixalation.

 

RETURN POLICY

Because of the nature of this business, this company does not allow refunds.   However if there is a defect in the video or cd-r such as a broken tape at the time of reception or audio with no video, vise versa or a cd-r with no audio then you will be mailed a copy of the same tape/cd-r, once the damaged/defective item has been returned.  You will be reimbursed for the postage you incur.  No returns on CD-R's/DVD-R unless the disc is blank, otherwise it is up to the customer to determine if your  DVD-R or CD player will accepts the CD-R or DVD-R format.
